A Bridgerton-Inspired Garden Affair at The Grand Roxy

Set against the refined backdrop of The Grand Roxy in Brighton-Le-Sands, we styled this celebration with the charm and elegance of a Bridgerton garden party. Inspired by classic pastel blooms and soft vintage touches, the event captured everything we love—femininity, fantasy, and family.

The colour palette featured soft blush, ivory, and pops of dusty pink, woven into layers of lush florals and delicate detailing. From the moment guests walked in, they were transported to an English garden with a whimsical Sydney twist.

The Feature Cake Area

The focal point of the event was a romantic set-up featuring an ornate white garden bench, complete with a custom monogrammed pillow, velvet blush cushions, cascading florals, and antique-style chandeliers glowing with warm light. A white arched backdrop with personalised signage framed the scene, creating the perfect setting for heartfelt moments and family portraits.

The Cake That Completed the Vision

This cake wasn’t just dessert—it was the finishing touch that brought the entire event together. Decorated with hand-piped blush roses and sage green leaves, it mirrored the event’s Bridgerton garden theme to perfection.

The vintage piping, soft tones, and delicate textures felt like a scene from a romantic fairytale. Positioned beside the floral-draped feature stage, the cake stood as a show-stopping centrepiece—elegant, refined, and seamlessly tied into the day’s styling.

The table styling at Carissa’s Christening was a true celebration of softness and detail. Inspired by garden elegance with a romantic vintage twist, each table alternated between floral-filled ceramic bowls and modern white table lamps.

The curated mix of blush-toned blooms—roses, lisianthus, and dahlias—brought life and movement to the room. Soft pink napkins paired with crisp white linen let the florals shine. Hand-painted floral taper candles added a glowing ambience, while custom arched menu cards and personalised Christening favour boxes for the children brought a sweet and thoughtful finishing touch.

Adding to the magic were graceful ballerinas dressed in soft pink tutus and adorned with floral crowns. Gliding through the venue like fairy tale characters, they offered lolly trays to delighted little guests.
