When creativity meets the wild the result is unforgettable.
For this corporate event at Taronga Zoo, we set out to transport guests deep into an exotic jungle oasis without ever leaving Sydney Harbour.
The concept, “Corporate Jungle”, blended raw nature with refined styling. Lush tropical foliage, bold textures, and dramatic lighting created a space that felt both luxurious and alive.
The Bar & Entrance Styling
Guests were greeted by a striking tropical bar installation, surrounded by cascading greenery and woven pendants.
The white bar was detailed with deep green palm prints and framed by statement florals, creating a fresh, immersive welcome.
Life-size safari animals including a majestic tiger and lion added a playful yet powerful presence, setting the tone for a night that was anything but ordinary.
The Florals
To bring the jungle theme to life, we layered Birds of Paradise, anthuriums, orchids, palms and tropical leaves in rich, sunset tones of orange, red, and gold.
Each floral arrangement was crafted to add colour, depth and energy to every corner of the venue from the lounge tables to the bar and stage.
The overall palette reflected the vibrancy of the jungle bold, fearless, and full of life.F
The Stage & Atmosphere
The stage became the visual heartbeat of the event.
A lush overhead canopy of greenery and rattan pendants framed the entertainment zone, complementing the energy of the live music and performances throughout the evening.
Surrounding the dance floor, animals like zebras and giraffes peeked through layers of tropical plants bringing the wild indoors in the most elegant way.
The Experience
Every design element was carefully considered to balance corporate sophistication with natural adventure.
The lighting glowed warm through the foliage, the scent of fresh greenery filled the marquee, and every detail from the bar design to the florals worked together to create a fully immersive experience.
The final look was vibrant, dynamic and elevated a complete transformation of Taronga Zoo into a luxury jungle escape.
It was a night of celebration, creativity and connection proving that when nature meets design, magic happens.
