Step right up and be enchanted by this whimsical pink carnival-themed 1st birthday, styled to perfection at the stunning Le Montage in Sydney! B Styled by Belinda Rubbino, transformed the space into a dreamy carnival wonderland, filled with custom graphics in pastel hues and playful elements, perfectly styled to bring joy to all the guests.
The event featured a delightful blend of soft pinks, blush tones, and subtle pops of pastel blues, yellows, and greens, creating a magical setting that was both visually captivating and utterly charming.
Backdrop Design
This custom-designed backdrop we created with @starfruitdesign was the focal point of this pretty pink carnival-themed 1st birthday celebration at Le Montage. It provided a breathtaking entrance that immediately set the tone for the event. The custom backdrop, featuring a vintage-inspired pink carousel tent with a velvet pink entrance, brought the event to life. Every detail of the display was thoughtfully crafted, from the soft pastel balloon garlands cascading around the entrance to the sweet floral arrangements on the Ferris wheel. Custom-designed giraffe and elephant props, along with the carnival-themed cake, finished off the design for this fun event.
Kids' Table
This kids’ table setup was designed to reflect the playful carnival theme. The table featured blush pink Tiffany chairs that perfectly complemented the white glossy tabletop, adding a touch of elegance while keeping it youthful. Each child’s seat was personalised with themed party hats and adorable circus-inspired tableware, and all our little guests took home custom favour boxes packed with fun favours and sweet treats.
Pastel balloons in soft shades of pink, yellow, and blue rose above the table, making a charming backdrop for photos and adding height to the display. The little ones also enjoyed a ball pit filled with pastel-coloured balls and soft play equipment to keep them entertained on the day.
Centrepieces
These stunning floral arrangements by Ohara Flora perfectly complemented the pretty pink carnival theme. A delicate mix of roses, anemones, and sprigs of greenery beautifully cascaded around the golden Ferris wheel structure, serving as a captivating focal point for each table. Alternating with jumbo balloons in pastel colours, soft ribbons were added for a touch of elegance, creating a unique look for the room.
Whether it’s a birthday, christening, or special occasion, the pink carnival theme is a testament to the endless possibilities in event styling. It's about creating a world of joy, wonder, and celebration.
