All Prices quoted by B Styled By Belinda Rubbino are valid for 7 days from when receiving the quote. After that, if other prices change, B Styled By Belinda Rubbino has the right to increase the price as they see fit. To book, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the total order. This must be placed within 7 days of receiving your quote. Once receiving your quote, please check that all items are correct before making payment. The balance of the invoice will need to be paid 7days prior to your event. If the invoice is not paid by this date, we will not be at the venue for set-up on the day. All Prices are inclusive of GST.
Overdue Payments of any kind, including invoices, damaged or lost items, will incur an additional late fee. At 7 days, we will take further actions to retrieve our payment from the hirer. Any additional costs that we incur to recover payment, including solicitor, court and debt collection fees of any kind, will be added to the invoice for payment.
In light of current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and the Government banning group gatherings/events and weddings, most events are being cancelled or rescheduled. Therefore, as per our terms and conditions, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Deposits will be moved to another date, or you will receive a credit for any styling at a later date that it is safe to do so. B Styled by Belinda is a preferred supplier, not an employee to Waterfront Function Centre, so their refund policy does not apply to my business or other external suppliers. Your credits will remain in place until the end of 2022.
Any private details you disclose to B Styled By Belinda Rubbino will not be redistributed to any other party without your prior consent. This includes event spend, names, addresses, contact details.
All Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer. Payment details are provided on the invoice.
Any Cancellations within 6 weeks of your event your 50% of your deposit will be nonrefundable. Any cancellation must be given in writing and addressed to Belinda from B Styled By Belinda Rubbino. Please include the date and invoice number. Any changes to styling concepts will need to be made 2 weeks prior to your event.
In case of damaged or missing items, you will be notified within 48 hours of the end of your event or wedding. Any damaged or missing items must be fully reimbursed within 7 days of the conclusion of your event.
Availability of flowers/colours may be affected by seasonal/weather and by third parties (suppliers), determined by market demand and supply. Therefore we cannot guarantee that a specific type of flower or colour may be available for your event. However, in the event that a particular kind of flower or colour is not available, we will substitute or provide recommendations on an alternate flower/s.
